Light Painting in Manual Mode
After watching the video, we will be creating some of these pieces of art. You may want to use a timer if you are working alone, or you may want to team up with a few people to create some of these effects. The studio will obviously be a popular place for this so I will make the classroom dark so that the rest of the room can be more useful. Studio slots can be scheduled for 5-10 minute intervals if you want (please sign up on the board)

Some lighting sources to use:
- Glow sticks on strings
- Fairy lights
- Flashing wand
- SpinPenz
- Glow Sword
- Meter sticks with lights
- Circle light
- Your smart phones!!! You can colour some tape and put it over the flashlight to get different coloured lights.
You need to make sure you have on of each of the following light painting photos:
- One with the light trails coming from a subject person (think magic from fingers, wings, etc.)
- One with multiple light sources moving independently
- One with 3 different colours
- One with a word written/symbol drawn with light
- One that is your own creative expression (come up with something cool on your own)
There are many examples online that you can check out for inspiration if you wish!
