Pivot

Pivot is a fun little program that is used to create stick figure animations.  To see what can be done with Pivot, have a look at the video to the right.  

You can find the program by hitting the Start Button-All Programs-Pivot Stickfigure Animator

You will create Two Pivot Animation’s.

  • Action Themed
  • Dance Themed


Before you start your Animation. Set your background Frame:
1. Click on Option
2. Set Background - Width 750  Height 500
3. Hit OK

Pivot Assignment Two


Create an animation where the Stickman falls from one of your top icons to the bottom. Save as Full Name - Pivot Fall

For your screenshot, arrange the icons on your desktop so that your character can jump (or fall) from icon to icon.
  • Use the Snipping Tool that is located in the start menu.
  • Organize your desktop icons
  • Take a Screen shot of your desktop
  • Save as a Jpeg (file save as Jpeg)
  • Open Pivot-File-Load Background-Change file type to Jpeg
